Private in-person workshops are great for customizing classes to your schedule and specific subject.  Get a group together and host a class!  I have taught in dining rooms, classrooms, private conference rooms in hotels, and halls.  These workshops make great team building exercises as well.

Private one-on-one classes are also a great way to learn and drill down specifically to your interests in your own time.
